Floating Office: designing on water

In the Rijnhaven floats a large office building, a restaurant and a swimming pool. On board of the Floating Office, the architects of Powerhouse Company will tell you more about this unique design and climate-adaptive building. They will also tell you – together with the architects of Office Winhov – all about the transformation of Codrico, the factory site on the Rijnhaven. The complex of the former corn and grain supplier has the status of a national monument since 2014 and will be redeveloped in the coming years into a mixed urban area with housing, offices, shops and restaurants.
