The building that houses Het Nieuwe Instituut was build in 1993 after a design by Jo Coenen. He was granted the assignment after winning a competition between six architects to design a building for the Dutch architecture institute. During this tour through Het Nieuwe Instituut you will also visit a part of the vast archives.
