The BaanTower

The team at Powerhouse and RED Company offer you a unique behind-the-scenes look at the newest tower currently under construction in Rotterdam. The BaanTower is growing one floor per week and will eventually reach a height of 159 meters with 427 apartments – not to mention a rooftop pool, private cinema, and restaurant! The tour begins at the spectacular 18-meter-high concrete arches that make the building appear to float above the street. You’ll hear directly from the architects and builders on-site about the engineering challenges, design concepts, and living vision behind this striking tower.

Please note, you will be entering a construction site; the following conditions apply to this visit:

• ID required (copies or photos are not accepted)
• The construction site is not accessible to people with limited mobility or in wheelchairs.
• Minimum age is 12 years, accompanied by an adult.
• Wear sturdy shoes and no loose-fitting clothing.
• Entry is at your own risk.
• Large bags, food, and drinks are not permitted.
• Latecomers will not be admitted.
• Safety instructions must be followed, and you must stay with the group at all times.
