The hidden garden of Eden

Over the past 15 years, the Lloydkwartier has grown from industrial port area to beloved residential neighborhood. The formerly wasteland is now characterized by a mix of architecture: from transformed monumental warehouses and old harbor monuments to unique new construction. The latter category includes the Eden District, completed in 2022 and consisting of three subplans: Waterfront, Riverside and The Gardens, with a hidden green oasis as the centerpiece of the development.
